EUROCITIES is a partner of the European Enterprise Awards 2008

EUROCITIES supports the EEA, an initiative of the European Commission aimed at promoting entrepreneurship at local and regional level

The European Enterprise Awards (EEA) were launched in November 2005 to recognise and reward outstanding initiatives that support entrepreneurship at local and regional level. EUROCITIES is a partner of the EEA 2008, and all members of the network are encouraged to submit entries for the Awards.

Entries can be submitted for the following five categories: ‘Entrepreneurship promotion’, which recognises actions promoting an entrepreneurial mindset and culture; ‘Red-tape reduction’, for measures aimed at simplifying legislation and administrative procedures for ...

The 4th EUROCITIES Cooperation Platform will take place in Brussels on 22-23 May 2008

The EUROCITIES Cooperation Platform provides an opportunity for all EUROCITIES contact officers to meet, exchange, discuss and learn from one another as well as receive an update on current activities from the Brussels Office. This year, the event is being coorganised by the cities of The Hague, Manchester and Warsaw.
